Our survey of construction industry executives reveals an industry caught between optimism and growing uncertainty. Government stimulus, sustainable projects and the use of digital and AI-supported solutions are opening up growth potential, while fragile supply chains and regulatory requirements are increasing the risks. Based on the assessments of 375 executives worldwide, the study makes it clear that companies can only remain fit for the future if they consistently combine innovation, risk control and operational implementation.
