As part of the business climate survey „German Business in Japan 2026“, we once again surveyed German companies operating in Japan on their economic situation, prospects and challenges in the Japanese market in collaboration with the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan. The key finding 2026: Japan continues to gain in importance for German companies as a stable, reliable and technologically attractive location in geopolitically uncertain times.
