Sustainability as the key to good business? Life sciences companies operating in Germany have been subject to the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act since 1 January 2023. They must safeguard their own business and their supply chain for human and environmental due diligences. By that they are also preparing them for the upcoming EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) which goes further than the German legislation.
