Flexible working models are increasingly in demand and are not only beneficial for employees, but also offer companies competitive advantages. The options range from "workation", i.e. short-term working from a vacation country, to hiring new employees abroad to work virtually for their employer from another country.
How large is the proportion of German companies that allow temporary work from abroad? What are the conditions and application processes like? And how do employees rate the offers? We investigated these questions in an online survey. The results can be found in our study "On the rise in many companies: Work from Anywhere".
In the publication, our experts evaluate the survey results and derive five theses for further development and five recommendations for action for companies.
