Extreme weather occurrences are becoming more frequent, ranging from storms to heatwaves. Their impact on the economy and society is obvious. In our study, which we conducted in association with the German Mechanical Engineering Industry Association, we surveyed 235 decision-makers from various German companies.

Find out how companies assess climate risks and prepare for them. What contributions can they make to minimize damage? Which activities and investments make sense to reduce climate risks or the consequences of climate change?

The results provide insights into the industrial manufacturing and automotive industries.
