For the fourth time after 2017, 2019 and 2021, we surveyed CFOs of the largest German subsidiaries of international corporations from the most important investor countries in order to assess Germany's competitiveness in an EU comparison. A key finding of the survey for the "Business Destination Germany 2024" study: Germany, although still better than the EU midfield in most categories, is becoming significantly less attractive for international investors overall.
