For the seventh time, we asked CFOs and heads of accounting to provide us with their assessments of digitalisation measures and progress in their departments. A corresponding online survey was completed by 232 people. This data was evaluated and summarised and explained in the "Digitalisation in accounting" study. In this issue, we are thus able to provide you with well-founded insights into the current digitalisation efforts of various companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH region).
The study also contains interviews with industry experts on predictive analytics in accounting, the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) and digitalisation and sustainability that are well worth reading. In a specific case study, you can also find out how a large property company uses robotics process automation in the management of subsidiaries.
